Hey all,

First time poster, slowly getting better user. I was curious if there is a way to get comments to be saved so they are printed vertically. I attempted to indent and stack letters alone newlines, which works and gives the desired effect when you initially edit, but upon reloading the patch it seems to lose the newline information. I'm wondering if there's a way to force this based on how PD parses comments when opening.

no need for the return key at all, just save, close, reopen.
and you can hide the semicola behind a white canvas (shift+ctrl+c)

@DespairBear If you just want a single letter on a line you can just type out the letters without spaces and resize the comment by deselecting it and then putting the mouse over the the vertical bar at the end so the resize cursor shows up, click and drag to shrink it to its shortest, no semicolons needed.
