for example [splitfilename]
but there are several others that don't work either, at least not on my windows 8 pc.
meanwhile, others do work.
I have the latest iemlib, running latest pd vanilla and I create the objects wth [iemlib/...]
any ideas?
anyone have trouble with certain iemlib objects on windows?

@Coalman No problems in extended on Win7.
In Vanilla you might need to declare the library (in preferences) at Pd start-up or define the path in the object ...... [iemlib/splitfilename] for example....... or declare within the patch.... [declare -lib iemlib].
David.
thanks David...I will try adding it in the preferences. I always define the path in the object anyway (like you said) so I dont know...but I will see. Its weird that some work and other dont.
I've found that I now need to declare the specific dll
eg [declare -stdlib C:/Users/David/pd-externals/iemlib/iemlib2]
ah! @Balwyn I think that might be it, thank you!
