Hi, I'm struggling with this for about an hour, I'm making a simple pwm control for a square wave generator but there is not enough steps inside the knob object for me, I tried to smooth out the process by using [line] but it's not really what I want to achieve. So I was wondering if there is a way to increase the number of steps inside a knob object or if there is any other way of solving my probleme.
    Thanks !!

hey, you can multiply the ouput with 0 to mute it and with 1 when you want it back with the *~ object. is that what you want ?

hey I'm getting back in trouble with GEM... I recently move on to l2ork wich I realy love but I still have gem problemes. first of all at the l2ork instalation GEM is installed but not loaded by default so I added it to the path and the comands wich resolved a lot of trouble, I can creat gemheaad, gemwin and others but i can't use thing's like color object. For example I will give you the patch I'm trying to load wich basicly do what an oscioloscpe in xy mode do.
any idea of the cause(s) of this trouble, maybe another library/dependecy of GEM that I don't have ?

    thank you very much

hey it's me back again. I was asking my self if it was possible to make my pure data patch's looks like my own software, not to change the gui but maybe put all the control knobs etc into a new window wich would look like a brand new synth.
So is this possible (and also not very hard to do) ?
    Thank you

hi i'm new to this forum (and also quite new with pd to) so excuse me if i do things wrong. it's been a month, or something like that since I experiment with pure data using audio only. Now I'd like to go deeper in this software and use video but i'm stuck at installing GEM (i've not been so far :) ). I folowed instructions that are writen on the pd website and never achieve my objective. i tired both with linux and windows but bad luck probably. I think I know my mistakes with linux plus has I saw there is a GEM pakage for debian but I really love to use GEM in windows...

thank you very much for your help !
