hi,

trying to make an abstraction for a sampler playback that was using an array.
wanted to replace the array with a table using $0 to create a unique number whenenver it opens. However nothing loads when i try to match the table name to the read -resize and visa versa

i'm definitely doing it wrong not sure where exactly...

any help 'preciated

great thanks guys, just gotta get the sample to show up (as an array or table) inside the main patch now - here's where i'm at so far, any better ideas?

came in here to try and figure out a way of recording to a $0-array and displaying the content of the $0-array for an abstraction .pd that could be used to have, say, 8 or 16 arrays that are banged to be run through tabplay~ (since i was unable to tabread4~ my way to pitched samples controlled by midinotes)
