Where to find this oscilliscope?

I saw an oscilliscope in this video that looked amazing:

Is this a library you have to download or an object in pd?

Realizing now this is not an oscilliscope. Not sure what it is

@Cam It does look a lot like [scope~] from the cyclone library as it seems to have 2 audio inputs plotting them against each other on the x and y axes....... so phase difference (I think..... very rusty).....
There are a couple of smaller ones higher in the patch with just one input plotted against time.
