Hi to all, i have a powerbook with osx 10.4 and i just install the pd 0.40.3 version, but when i test the audio i have a irritating noise clicking all the time at ~ 130 bpm. I don't understand why, i don't have other cpu expensive program running, i use my powerbook buildin audio hardware.
What can i do? There is the same problem with the new version of the extended 0.39.3

Don't know if this will help, but have you tried to increase the buffersize (in the audio settings next to the samplerate)?

...and use Jack OSX as your audio driver, regardless of whether you're using a soundcard or built-in.

Portaudio seems to be buggered. Pd natively supports Jack
