@nicnut Thank you for the reply. We are going to try with an audio interface that works on Pi! It may very well be that systems that experience this error would benefit from external audio hardware controllers rather than on-board. Will post result once tested. Cheers

@nicnut Hi - thanks. I've tried every possible audio driver combination available for the Pi except an external hardware interface.

bump, bump.
Also having this issue now -
Terminal output:restart alsa output
alsa xrun recovery failed
puredata: pcm.c:1168: snd_pcm_prepare: Assertion 'pcm' failed.
Pd: signal 6I see this bug was posted to GitHub and Puckette said it was fixed but I have latest Pd for Raspbian and any patch with audio crashes Pd instantly.
Thanks -

SOLVED - If anyone else has this issue - ensure you run Pd 'as administrator'.

PD is not saving the preferences. Every time I click "apply" then "ok" after entering the paths and startup flags for the libraries, exit PD and restart , they are MISSING and of course, I cannot access the library objects. This is extremely frustrating and I do not know how to solve this. I have tried moving the libraries to the application folder (.../extra) in both x86 and program files locations and then re-entering the paths etc., they still do not 'bind' and re-starting PD the paths are not listed.
Any ideas ? Thanks.

Migrated to 0.46.7 (Win) and (Mac). Installed deken-plugin which works great. However, when trying to point PD to the folder deken recommends to copy the library files to, PD is NOT saving the preferences. Every time I click "apply" then "ok" after entering the paths and startup flags for the libraries, exit PD and restart , they are MISSING and of course, I cannot access the library objects
Any ideas ? Thanks.

Awesome - thank you David! It works brilliantly. I will work on ways to set [expr] arguments via messages - never done that before. Is it possible?
