Does it have anything to do with the CMD command or is it something I should use inside pd? The command right now is "C:\Program Files (x86)\pd\bin\pd.exe", should I change it, and if yes, to what exactly?

My PC's default language is Greek so I see all the pd menus in Greek. I want to change them to English but I can't find a way to do it.
