I have been working with a project in the past few days and wanted to in someway - either set a certain time for a patch to play or use bang to get to a certain number to trigger a patch to play, so I don't have to control it manually. I looked across internet but didn't find any relevant tutorials. wondering if anyone here might have a direction?

I am really new to puredata. has been encountering issues with using dac~to output sound but followed few tutorials and no luck on getting any sound. I tried to wire things with master04 patch and there's indication on sound which I can not hear. I texted with other files I wrote before with less complicated tutorial and sound works. I think could be an issue with me currently trying to wire my MIDI to it. but I checked output/input options and they all seem good to me.

so desperate for some tips or helps. thank you!
