@whale-av Hmmm. Checked that example and im not sure where to stick the sample, or where should i connect that.
Also i figured that midi might not be the best option (im short in time). Im thinking in a touchscreen "piano" (bangs) that send each one a different transposition depending on the sample.

I want to play the same sample but just one time when i press a midi key. The sample i need to use can be recorded atm so i'll need to do the calculations every time i record a sample.

Thanks a lot! I got the left one working in my sample/looper thing but i cant figure where to use it when i only want to play 1 sound.
I don't want to annoy you more than i have done so don't worry a lot about this.

@LarsXI Im kind of confused. I dont understand the mtof part. I know that by using phasor~ i can get the sample to play in a diferent pitch. Im not sure how to use te mtof to sent the phasor~ a signal.
I can give you a the pd patch if you want but be aware that it is a mess. I'ts really all over the place.

@whale-av That patch has some cool things but i need only the pitch to change, not pitch and speed. Also for some reason i hear only one side.

Thanks a lot, and sorry for the crappy english.

Hey, i got this example working (3.7.1.1). The audio gets distorted but that's not the main problem. Using that example, i can't control the pitch by midi (The values in the left number are strange. "normal" pitch is at 170"). I want to be able to use a midi keyboard to play every note.

    Thanks @LarsXI.
I understand the left part. You get the midinote from a midi controller and then you transform that midinote into a frequency.

Just to be sure, when i press the bang the sample gets played. The number in the left is the samplesize.
Where do you get the "length" of the sample. And what is the function of "samplerate~" and where should i hook it?

I need the patch to be openable by MobMuPlat.
Just to give you info about what i want: I have a "sampler" atm. You can record sounds that are stored in the file "sonido.wav". Then you can play them back changing speed, sample size and adding effects.
I want to be able to trigger that sound by midi but in diferent pitch for every key.

Some guy told me about using libraries but i dont know how to install them and im not sure that it will work on MobMuPlat.

    Thanks a lot!
