New to the game and just trying to get things figured out. I've found how to start new patches with a larger font size using startup flags, but those do not seem to affect the font size in the menus or the help browser. Is there a global option for increasing the font size in pd-extended? Fundamentally some sort of decent scaling method to improve readability.

@gobblesthe Hello, no. The windows are created by the operating system, so you need to "personalise" the os. In windows it can be done "per program" and probably in other os's as well. There has been quite a lot of discussion on the web about this problem since "high res" screens became the new normal. The last time I looked the suggestion was to set preferences to "large" type globally, and then change them for any program that deals "correctly" with the new resolutions, as there were not many that did. Maybe that is changing slowly.
