Hello guys, i try to make loop a sample of a accordion note to prolong endless, when i press a note on keyboard this sound never ends until i quit my finger of keyboard, please, somebody can help me???? Thank you

You will find a few ways to do this in your Pd/doc/3.audio.examples folder in your Pd installation folder. There are explanations of how to stop "clicks" as the sample loops, and how to introduce (or avoid) pitch shifts.......
Also....... what kind of keyboard? Do you need a midi trigger, or a "hid" (human interface device) computer key input?
