Hi all,
I don't know if you are familiar with Pd-L2Ork, but basically it is a distribution of Pd-extended that contains many improvements. Some of them I list below:
tidy up : better algorithm then pd's original one IMO, and it also has a shortcut by default which is super handy
resizing iemgui : simply click and drag from the lower right corner
resizing graph-on-parent : same as above
to front, to back : change object order! No more cut and paste (and thus losing all connections) to bring something to the front
infinite undos : this one is just wonderful...
paste from source code : this allows user to send code as text to others (just like Max users do on their forum)
Now my question is: are any of these features being considered to be implemented in the next release of Pd-extended? They certainly look amazing.
I still didn't try it on my computer though because of their dependencies (they need a package which will delete my JACK version and install a new one, and I am not very happy about this at all since finally everything is working well with my notebook).
Take care,
Gilberto
