i'd like to switch between two implementations (mono or stereo), the patch detecting by itself in wich mode it should play. Testing wether the envelope of what comes from a determinated inlet is less than a threshold works fine.
I'm wondering if this could be done by testing if a cable is actually plugged into an inlet of an object, but I guess I'm dreaming...
