Yesterday I installed Pd-extended 0.43 from the nightly builds, and quickly found that the toxy library is no longer included! [toxy/tot] was, as far as I know, the only object which could capture mouse position relative to the window. A crucial aspect for many of my patches.

The cyclone library is still in Pd-extended 0.43, and it has [MouseState]. This object gives coordinates relative to the screen, not to the window. But if there were a method to know the position of the window relative to the screen at any moment in time, the offsets could be compensated.

So, here is then my actual question: does anyone know of a method to find cursor position relative to the window, without using [toxy/tot]?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
