i am searching for patches wich sound like the wogglebug, the blipoo, or a sidrassi organ. here are some videos:

i have played arround with noise and random to create such random style sounds.
ok i realised to play some random melodies and so on,
but my skills are not big enough to create something wich goes approximately in the direction of the vids above. do you know some patches wich fiit my needs? make strange unusual sounds? or maybee can you give me advice how i can get better results.

The Wogglebug is pretty cool and I have no idea how to make it. But if you mess about with S&H, fm, randomizing time and freq you can get something that sounds a bit like the woggle or at least random sfx machine like.

yes the sidrassi uses a intersting interface. i think piezos are used there.
i f anybod knowsa nice controller wich is similar to the sidrassi let me know. the only thing wich comes near is this one: http://snyderphonics.com/
i think it would be more simple to build something by your self with ardouino and piezos.

audiolemon, what do you mean with S&H? i like your patch really much. the only thing is that it slows down when i use the wrong numbers on my machine.

The S&H is a sample and hold module samphold~. It can do bit destruction kind of stuff and periodic or random sampling of an incoming signal. The patch was knocked together after I looked at your post. It is just a few ideas. You could do lots more. You could try using snapshot~ to get numbers from someplace and use them to control something else. Or you download fiddle~ and try to make 4 oscillators. 2 oscillators and 2 ppl's and then put lfo's between them.

Just ideas really.

yessure sampleandhold is realy nice. as said i like the patch really its a nice start to get deeper into the topic. i used snapshot with incoming noise and oscilators with nice results. thabnks for the inspiration.
