Hi,

second patch to publish. It is not quite a a beat slicer. It cuts the sample into 32 parts of exact the same length. You can rearrange them via the matrix made from |hradios|. I think it should be pretty self explanatory, how to use it.

I got the idea from a youtube video but i modified the way, the sequencing is handled. In my version, the sequencer moves from top to bottom, now the black square from the |hradio| is in the exact spot as the slice in the table above. You will see what i mean when you take a look at the screnshot attached or the patch itself.

In the future there will be effects to add for each slice (scratch, retrigger, pitch shift etc.), but as for today, this is as far as i got.

Here's a new version of my DnD-Machine.

I got rid of the array to save the pattern, positions are now directly read from the matrix. Also the number of grains is reduced to 16, this will be appropiat enough for most uses. As a new feature, you can set the speed, the grain is played with, at the end of each step with the little [vradio].

nice.... maybe initialise it so that the sample is played normally
so put the 1th radio to position 0 and the 5th to position 4 at startup

Very cool, this patche work well, I can load a loop easily & have fun with it. Thanks a lot!

Nice patch ! For easier control, I begun to patch a preset system. I added forward, backward and random playing. Presets could also be linked to the keyboard for live manipulation.
