i have an old win95 machine mmm probably 200 mhz, or even less with 32 mbram
cdrom,audio card

although the computer runs very fast opening windows, browser, (SO stuff)
anyway
i would like to install here PD to do some basic things, but i didn't found any installer for this platform,
there is any?

if there isn't which SO (that is not a pain in the ass to install,use,drivers,
and use minimal resources) i should install to use PD?

Maybe try a Linux? Win95 is older than Pd, Something lightweight like Debian Testing with Fluxbox (no Gnome/KDE stuff) should be ok. Only concern is the memory - 32MB is really small, Debian recommends 64MB minimum, preferably 256MB. Other than that, unless you have esoteric/new hardware, Linux should work fine on old machines.

I've managed to get versions of Puppy Linux running on computers in this region of spec, there are a few tiny versions that should fit. Main issue I've found is whether ALSA supports your sound card. If you manage to get something working I can help you get Pd going.

This sounds like a perfect case for using a bare bones Linux distro. Pure::Dyne comes with Puredata pre-installed and runs on almost anything.
