More a website or archive than an online publication but ubuweb.com is a bottomless hole of this stuff, primarily from the past but comes up to the present and includes video and music.

Not that bottomless but thank you. It does host numeros of a publication called "Electronic music".

@Il-pleut Their search and TOC are not great, there is a fair amount you sort of need to find by clicking through other pages and browsing the site so it becomes functionally bottomless.

I've browsed the content about music. A lot of things but there is so much more.
