I guess this is now a question for @cuinjune --

Module "abc" exists -- after an image is loaded (patch attached below), the top box prints a correct width, height and image type.

Now I want to access the pixels in 'pix'.

How does one do this? It appears to be largely undocumented in general, not only for Ofelia -- I can't find any advice, anywhere (except for C language).

Oh... suddenly I can answer my own question:

pix:getColor(index);

or

pix:getColor(x, y);

And there is a corresponding setColor.

Apologies if these are dumb questions... I've nowhere near gotten used to open frameworks' documentation style. Also, upon (finally) discovering getColor, I checked the Ofelia list of functions and found that this is not mentioned.

Eventually I'll find my bearings... here, I was thrown off because OF's own documentation says to use the [] operator to index pixels -- and this example doesn't reference getColor at all...?

Does the getColor() integrated into Ofelia have the index 'bug' mentioned here - https://github.com/openframeworks/openFrameworks/issues/5321? I'm able to retrieve values way beyond what I would expect in the image like so:

ofelia f;
m = require("abc");
pix = m.img:getPixels();

//both of these agree on the number of pixels
print("number of pixels:", pix:getWidth() * pix:getHeight());
print("number of pixels: ", pix:getTotalBytes() / pix:getNumChannels());

//but this returns a value????
numofPixels = pix:getWidth() * pix:getHeight();
print(pix:getColor(numofPixels + 1));

return(anything);
