I've updated Federico Ferri's [tracker] external to be compatible with the current pd api (and to use pd-lib-builder hopefully)

if compiling on a system other than osx one of the backslashes before the n (newline) on line 20 of tk2c.bash might need to be removed currently.. I'm not great at make either..
