I am pretty new to puredata and I get the following string from with receive from DIMPLE (http://idmil.org/software/dimple/messages#creating_objects) "list world collide ball8 ball7 0.000101837" or like this "list world collide ball12 hole1 0.0456694".
I am currently implementing a pool table game with haptic feedback. My question is, how would I get the information that ballX collided with holeY/ BallX collided with BallY? I am currently using a lot of route's, but then I am stuck only with the collision strength (which was fine for the first prototype, but now I would like to play the sound from the position of the ball for better auditive localization and I would like to remove the balls in the holes for performance reasons)
Does anybody have a good solution for that?
