• fixed bug handling certain encodings in filenames under Windows

• fixed regression with Windows when socket connection gets reset
  (e.g., when quitting from the terminal with <ctrl-c>)
• fixed bug where array name wasn't getting updated

I wanted to build on Ubuntu 18.04 but got this error:

@jancsika Yep, would like to use Purr Data on Ubuntu 18.04 (tried to simply install the 16.04 version but got a dep on libgsl (from memory)).

@EEight Ok, I'm guessing you're getting that error in "Step 1: Install the dependencies." Just try removing "lsv2-jack" from the apt-get command.
