Hi all,

I'm trying to use the timbreID library in Purr Data, downloading the Mac release here (http://williambrent.conflations.com/pages/research.html) and adding it to the startup search paths, but to no avail, the PD window shows error 'timbreID: can't load library' every time. I've been scratching my head and reading forums all afternoon but can't find a definite answer, is there something I'm missing? Is it a compilation problem?

@nicobubble Hi, I think you need the 32-bit version of Pd and not the 64-bit.

Thanks for the suggestion @weightless, I've now tried to load the library in 32 and 64 bit Vanilla and Purr Data but with no luck and have tried everything I can think of- adding to search paths and startup flags, moving the library to the 'extra' folder, installing via Deken... nothing is working.
