    Hello,

I'm using fiddle~ for a project and I need the amplitude of the sounds I make.
I'm actually singing and doing some graphics in processing.

The values I obtain from the Amplitude are too unstable, they change too fast.
So I need to stable those values before I send them to processing. Maybe to have a value if there is a significant chance in the amplitude. And even when it's silent it's still getting values that I don't need.

Does anybody understand what I need.

    Any ideas?

    Thanx A lot

    Hello!

I have been having some troubles with my PD-Extended. Every time I start working in any patch it quits.
I have installed it a few times now, and it's not working well. I even copied a version from a friend that works fine in his computer, but in mine it quits.

It has been quitting, before I installed SympleSynth, and after.

    My MAC information is:

    Version 10.5.8
Processor: 2.5GHz Intel Conre 2 Duo
    Memory: 4GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM

Please, I will appreciate any Help!

    Thank You.

    Hey, You Know What?

I did all you guys told me to do, and nothing worked.
I tried a bunch of other things, like installing:

    xcode321
    X11-2.4.0
    ServerAdminTools10.4

Although my computer already had all this installed, I tried anyways, and didn't work either. I stop trying or opening PD for at least 3 weeks or so and miraculously works now. Inexplicable miracle!

Thanx a lot for your help.

    thanx for your answer,

But I don't recall deleting any preference folder.
I will try downloading it again, and see what happens.

    Thanx again.
