I was just wondering if there was a way to program the LEDs on my apc40. I want them to stay lit when they are pressed and turn off when they are pressed again. I know max can control the LEDs on the apc40 and a comment (the vert last comment) posted here gives me hope:

here is somebody doing it with max:

I'm using the apc40 for vjing and REALLY want to find a way to control those LEDs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i have a macbookpro 10.6.3 snow leopard 2.66ghz newest version of pd, not running any other midi programs.

    THANKS!!

thanks a lot jade. Your tip worked. But right after i got it working in pd i figured out i can do it in processing, and since I am already using processing for my visuals it is going to be nice to keep it all in one program. Thanks again!

thanks for the response but I have already read that post. I meant to say is there a way to program the LEDs in PD? Is it possible to program the LEDs and what would be the object to use to light up the LEDs. I am new to PD and haven't looked through all the objects but was just wondering if anybody knew it off the top of their head.
