I've installed tk-devel, and now it works

I've installed tcl-devel.
The running of ./configure seems ok.
When running make install I get the errors below

Any ideas ?

Same problem here with Pd-0.38.4-extended-RC8-linux-i686 on fedora 6 (all update done before).

I've tried the pd-0.40-2. With ./configure it tells that no tcl header found.
After installing tcl (yum install tcl installs tcl 8.4) it's the same thing.
Any ideas
