Hi. I have a problem and would appreciate some ideas for a solution.

In my patch, various bangs trigger various notes. I've designed an ADSR and this works but it also introduces a new challenge.

I have an audible clipping sound resulting from differences in velocity when I fire the same note to the same oscillator before the preceding note 'banged' has completely faded out to 0 (zero). This is not really a big surprise. However I can't think of a way to smooth out the velocity difference between the current velocity position and the 0 (zero) velocity of the new note.

What I really need is a way to quickly read the velocity state of the sounding note at the exact moment the new note is triggered, and then fade to 0 (zero) as fast as possible using line or vline.
Or perhaps a way to take a fast reading of the velocity state of the sounding note at the exact moment the new note is triggered, and then start the new note's velocity at that exact velocity level during the new note's 'attack' stage.

Thanks. I learned a bit more about it and figured it out.
