I am trying to create a VJ (video jockey) system using pd but I would like to use quartz composer to create sound reactive visuals. Is it possible to play .qtz files in pd? If not are there any alternatives?

I am writing a video mixer patch with 2 videos using the pix mix object but I can't get the audio to work and I'm not sure how to do it. Any help would be great.

I want to use GEM for a live video feed and then use PDP to filter the feed. Is this possible? I have been working on a patch and i need to flip the video but I haven't been able to get the PDP objects to work. Also it says: pdp_transform: no method for 'gem_state' I don't know what this means. Any help would be much appreciated and the patch is attached.

I'm a bit of a newbie to PD I know the basics but I'm having a couple of issues with my latest project. I need to stretch and distort video to get a kind of horror effect. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could create this?
