i cant seem to connect up a VU meter to my patches properly, might be to do with my synths not outputting in dB??

Hi guys,

i've been set a school project to create a 4 channel mixer within pd, i wandered if anyone has a patch of something similar i could look at to get some ideas.

I am required to create 3 identical mono channels for instruments allowing stereo panning, a pd reverb algorithm with a send from each channel and a 4th input which is the return from the reverb which is stereo therefore not having a pan control.
