I am having the same problem, but i have managed to almost resolve it. After reading some begginer tutorials I made a simple oscillator with a pitch and loudness slider. The sound was cliping all the time even in the tutorial patches.Then I've set the delay in the audio settings from 100 msec to 200 msec which solves the problem, but only when loudness is constant. If I move the loudness slider up and down the same clipping emerges, even if I set the delay to 1000. If anyone has an idea what is going on it would be much appreciated. I am also using vista 64.
