Hi,

i tried to make an external with the pan~ tutorial (http://pdstatic.iem.at/externals-HOWTO/node6.html), but somehow i can't get what i want to program to work.
I want change the sample code from pan~ so that it only plays a sine wave for the moment now (later i'll put in here a more sophisticated oscillator), also i want to have midi input to control parameters of the sine in realtime. Is there an easy tutorial or can someone help me with some working code?

Trying since some days and searching the forum didn't help so far...

where do i find it?
i searched the sure files of pd and pd-extended and found only OSC, but this seems to be a soundsytem driver or so...
