Well, 2.5 years late to reply, but late than never... But have to say I didn't know the existence of this wonderful software since the last couple of months.
So if your request is still up to date, and for those who want/need a portable version here it is (this post was the first link that google gave me when I typed "pure data portable")
just extract it wherever you want, and run the puredata.exe

put it in zshare (don't know other ways to share a file... and since megaupload got down, hope that doesn't happen to zshare)
