Hello all,

I'm build a project that integrates two inputs, one video input from a webcam, and one sound input from a microphone.

The idea is to create a small interaction app, that registers the dB input of the microphone, and if it goes over some high value it triggers a award.

This is all getting in shape, but I encountered one error.

When I run the patch and open Gem with the active webcam and a rectangle that changes the hight as the dB increases, after a while I am not able to save the patch.

Error message : " C:/Program Files (x86)/pd-beta/Works/project.pd: Too many open files "

I am new to pd, and I don't know what am I doing wrong.

Is it the gemhead that is "consuming" resources and needs to be reset at some time?
