Hi All,

Im trying to figure out how to use [scale]

im looking to map a range of input number to a range of output numbers (similar to zmap in max/msp)

when i use scale in this method is get constant errors in the pd window (error: scale: no method for 'float')

[num]

if i click on the help for [scale] it tells me it is a GEM object.

Apologies for the newbie question. Moving from Max to pd is taking some time
