problem?

I've followed the READMEs and yet pd still persists with not loading the DLLs. The paths are set and everything. Anyone else with this

Scandinavian! It's only in pd this has occurred but I will try and check keyboard layout! I'm going strong with the .50-2

It just stopped? Don't really know how or why, I was working with a patch and all of a sudden the command for ~ is no longer recognised. I've reinstalled pd, checked and deleted all the externals, and yet the problem still persists. Am I just missing something super rudimentary or is this just a bug?
