I want to trigger with a bang from PD a LED that is connected to my notebook via an Arduino board.
so every time the LED receives a bang its light should turn on for a short moment.
how to do???? anybody an idea??? or experience???
and yes...I use widnows xp.

*Warning* The baud rate 1089216512 is not suported or out of range, using 9600

The baud rate that is in your arduino code must be the same as the baud rate in your arduino PD patch.
One hint: the baud rate in the arduino-test patch is 57600, this must be the same in the code of your arduino board, otherwise it won*t work porperly. You can see that opening [arduino 1].

but my problme is how to create a working communication between PD and the Arduino board.
what you were calling [sendyourarduinoport] is the connection I don´t have at the moment.
