Hi, I installed pduino by following the flossmanuals tutorial. It seemed to work for a while, but then these messages started to appear in the console window:

    [comport] free serial...
    get_baud_ratebits: 57600
    set_baudrate baudbits: 4097
[comport] opened serial line device 4 (/dev/ttyUSB0)

I had only installed the SimpleAnalogFirmata since that was the only one that seemed to work. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

Hi, I've recently started using Pd with a USB gamepad, which I is great fun:) I was wondering if any of you on the forum knew how to learn Pd to understand button combos from the gamepad?

Hi, I made a distortion/overdrive patch. I've included the "cubic-soft-clip" (http://puredata.hurleur.com/sujet-2453-cubic-soft-clip-distortion) in my patch. The distortion patch is called od-dist2. I'm quite new to Pd, so I appreciate all kinds of feedback:)

Hi, sometimes the number boxes and sliders appear to be "frozen". Even though the slider doesn't seem to move and the number box doesn't show any difference when interacting with it, there is an audible difference. Anyone who knows what might cause this problem? I'm using windows 7

Hi, I'm using a Zoom h4n as a soundcard. When i try to play guitar thru pure data, I get enough latency for it to be quite annoying. I've tried to set the delaly in the audio preferences to 0 ms, but then it sounds totally scrambeled. Does anyone have the same issue or know how to fix it?
    I'm a windows user btw :)

Hi, I'm trying to make a guitar distortion patch. I've checked out some of the patches posted on the forum. I'm quite new to Pd.

When subtracting one signal from another, what is actually happening (both theoretically and in Puredata)?

I've tried to use a table to shape the wave based on an explaination on the forum, but I couldn't make it work? Anyone who care to explain on a noobish level?

    Thanks in advance!

Found a solution:) I transfered the StandardFirmata script to the arduino board. I had forgotten to configure the pinMode in the patch.

    Thanks for answering!

I managed to make a combo patch using some [realtime], [moses] and and some bangs. I proved to be useful:)
