i recently downloaded the latest version of Pd-extended 0.41.4 for Mac OSX (Intel). Certain objects seem to be missing. When trying to use [Uzi] object I'm getting the "...couldn't create" error.

I'm relatively new to Pd so any help is greatly appreciated!

I think there's a problem with Pd finding these objects. Tried to use [kalashnikov] instead, and Pd cannot create it either, although I see it in the folder Contents/Resources/extra/ext13. Is there a step I missed in the installation?
