I am trying to get the maximum of an audio signal. I use abs~ and max~ where I want to write the output of max~ to a number which again I use as input. I gues I need to convert the signal output of max to float somehow?

I am new to GEM and I would like to create a matrix/array of e.g. 20 pictures (.png prefered) and display one of the pictures. Unfortunately I don't know how to start here. How do I create such an array and how do I index it?
