i have an assignment and i need some help making a path Using FM synthesis that will play through a scale of c major with increasing brightness of tone as the scale ascends.

i know the basics of fm synthesis but im panicking with the rest ahhh.
the scale has to be fully automated, you cant play it in with a keyboard.

How would i insert a sample sound into a chorus patch like this i am having a bit of trouble how to connect it. i too am new to pd.

and im not sure how to make an automated c major scale rather than through midi.

Sorry for posting this in the wrong area. sorry could you elaborate a little with the connection from scaling and the fm synth patch itself im a little bit of a noob with pd. lol
