I had the exact same issue so I tried the method proposed by cearnsh and it worked perfectly for me ! So thank you cearnsh !!
Since I was working under a Fedora distrib, i had to install the library libavdevice-free-devel and remove ffmpeg, ffmpeg-lib and libavdevice libraries since there was a conflict between them.
