Has anyone messed with controlling the Raspberry Pi's GPIO pins via PD? I have done some searching and all I have found so far are people who have simply installed PD but nothing relating to GPIO control.
I have PD-extended running on the Debian Wheezy image, and am currently working on a patch that will send midi data out to a Highly Liquid MSA-P midi decoder (midi to photo-relay). This will be controlled with a TouchOSC interface and trigger my circuit bent creations via wifi. So far that works as needed.
It dawned on me though to simplify the process by having PD control the GPIO pins on the Pi, but I am a complete noob dealing with this type of set up. I have seen arduino and pduino examples. Would this work similar on the Pi?
If I'm missing something obvious tell me I'm stupid and point me in the direction lol.
