Hello,

I'm new on PD but I'm completely lost to develop my project.

I explain what I need :

I have 11 pictures of wooden carving each one executing a particular choreographic gesture.
I would like to capture the ambiant sound (techno music) and display randomly one of this pictures at every beat of the music.

Is there already developped patches doing this ? if not how can I develop this ?

Ok so I have tried this (see attached pd file)

For the moment, I'm unable to connect make the audio working using alsa because of pulsaudio (i'm on ubuntu), when I use jack pd does a segmentation fault

so if I bypass bonk~ and use a bang, pix_multiimage is not happy, it need a num max 0 !?

the pictures are named IMAG1.jpg to IMAG11.jpg

I'm lost at this stage, evan if I have found bang to debug.
