Hey guys,
this is my first time here and posting, but there seems to be a massive an embarrassing gap in my knowledge.

I've been building a simple comb filter to implement as a subpatch to make my own Schroeder styled reverb (without using the option of the freeverb~ object), but the only way I've found to make an acceptable comb uses a [dac~] at the base of the patch, meaning I'm not really sure where to put the outlet for the subpatch.

I've attached comb patch i wanted to use, I'm sure I'm being an idiot but any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you
