I am a student currently doing a research paper on Steve Reich's Pendulum music. my Question is, is anyone taking this piece and trying to create the same or a similar effect with pure data or in any other way. Basically i am trying to recreate the effect with electronics using my imac and a Wii controller to emulate the same visual effect live, but the sound is generated by noise~ and is triggered by a video tracking program. I have heard that people may be trying to do a similar thing but using iphones.
