Hi All
Pure Data is not launching on my computer, I have checked my /private/etc/hosts file and configured to its default.

This is the message I get on the console .
Any Ideas ? Much Appreciated. Thanks

I would recommend you writing a bit more about your problem in order to get some help for it. Which OS are you using? Did Pd ever launch on your computer? Did this problem start happening just now or was this a fresh install? Did you try reinstalling Pd?

Yes thank you Gilberto ,I'm running pd on OSX Mavericks 10.9.5 . I have been able to run pd without any problems before , the only thing I can think of is that I madesome changes to the host file in order to get another program working but I have changed that back to default and tried reinstalling pd but that hasn't solved I'm a bit stuck
