pdp_text : severe error : could not load default font : no rendering

I'm trying to make PDP and GEM work but I only get these anoying error, does anyone know how to fix it??

I downloaded the fonts recommended in the error, unzipped and put them in the path listed in Preferences->Path. Then restart PD.
