Hi!

This is the problem: I want to load a gif image into a pd patch. I try to use two different object: iem_image and image (work fine). I save the patch on a computer "A" (powerbook), and then I want to be able to load the patch on another computer "B" (macpro). But when I load this on computer "B", this is the ERROR:

iem_image-ERROR: cannot open /Volumes/MD1/MD1_Documenti/PD_Patch/Spazializzazione/TESI_AMBIBINAUral/dati/ITDILD_002.gif first time

I think it's useful to use some path declare, but I don't known...

Computer "A" powerbook G4 OSX 10.5 - Pd version 0.42.5-extended-rc3
Computer "B" macpro 10.6 - Pd version 0.42.5-extended-rc3

I've meet the same question with you.Then i used this method to load my image,which my friend told me.You can have a try.
