i'm not shure i understand your problem anyway i think you must load the firmatapd .pde into arduino, than you must open the pduino patch in puredata. it's important that you change the number of the serial port inside the pd patch. it seems your serial COM is 17 but inside the arduino pd patch there is a Hradio with only 8 choises. you can add a messagebox and a loadbang (if you wish) to open the right port... [17( connected to the inlet of [arduino 1].

yes i have do this..but nothing works...my set is Arduino mega with firmata 2.1 beta3 and pduino 0.5 beta2 all using the last arduino ide (0017) i cant understand what's wrong i've tried with other release but no way....

si mi era parso.... ma posso chiederti quale setting usi? ho bisogno di capire quale setting funziona veramente stò construendo un installazione e come potrai immaginare questo è uni dei fulcri del funzionamento...grazie

i'm writing in english so anybody else can understand - despite my english;-)
i'm not so inside the problem anyway ...
i upload the firmata into arduino, then i open the arduino test pd patch and it works: when i send pwm to a pin and i connect piezos to that pin the piezo vibrates, when i put the piezo into an analog in and i hit the piezo it gives back figures (numbers) into the corresponding number box in pd.
i just did this
